I love friendships. I love keeping in touch with people. Even if it’s been years since we have seen each other because when we are together, it’s as if we never left. Weddings bring all the friendships couple’s have had over the years to one place and time. Old and new friends meet and worlds…  Right now we are on our way to Colorado to shoot a wedding for a fellow nanny I met while living in Switzerland. She actually lived close to me in Mies (for those that know French, that was my attempt at a little humor.) You pronounce Mies “me”. We lived on the total opposite side… Oh Mols!!! I just love love love this post! So jealous that you’re seeing our girl Lauren get hitched this weekend! Can’t wait to see the gorgeous pics!!!2011/03/24 – 17:04 I love the craziness that wedding days are! Brides are determined when it comes to their wedding day. They get an idea in their head and all reason goes out the window. This wedding was no exception. This bride, Susan, wanted her grandma to make her cake (who happened to be a seasoned baker). Susan… Little kids dancing. Need I say more? They are adorable in their cute little outfits and then to top it off they are dancing! The kids that like to dance love getting their photo taken. Ben enjoys taking pictures of kids, so he’s all about getting out onto the dace floor to photograph the kids… ADORABLE! Every wedding I’ve been to, I agree, that is a truly treasured perk! Last time, there was a pretty epic little blond breakdancer on the floor… whom I later caught on video, napping under a table. Dancing is tiring stuff! |
