Josh was afraid. So afraid to ask Savannah to marry her that he didn’t tell a soul he had bought a wedding ring. They had been dating for 3 years and yet he was a tough cowboy (horse trainer to be exact) who was very nervous about taking the next big step. Savannah and Josh attended a wedding in December and to everyone’s surprise he popped the question right there during the reception! fast forward a month later and now here we are at Oasis Park. They were such a sweet couple to photograph. We loved the county feel of this couple who actually lives in the same town we do! It is so rare that we get to do engagement photography in Ephrata. Usually our engagement sessions are in Wenatchee or Leavenworth. It took Josh a few minutes to warm up to the camera, but once we got him just focusing on his wife-to-be all was well and we got some great expressions of them. They also brought their dog along. She was so well behaved! We were happy to get a couple shots of them with their “baby”. We wish them all the best as they plan for their wedding this summer!
