They met over 6 years ago. Herb saw Trista’s picture at his friend’s house and was immediately smitten by her sweet smile. After Herb’s persistence Trista said yes to a date and now this past weekend they married at Tunnel Hill Winery in Lake Chelan. They picked this location because it reminded them of Trista’s home not too far from the winery. The natural surroundings of the stonework and trees mixed with the cozy location made it feel like home. They chose not to see each other until the ceremony, so it was a bit tricky maneuvering around the quaint venue. Trista made her own silk table centerpieces to add her personal touch. We love Herb’s wedding ring that is made from his grandmother’s wedding ring. Come back on Wednesday to see their reception!
Herb’s family is part of the Wenatchee car club and a member offered this awesome car to use as her transportation. Trista and Herb each have their own classic cars (a Mustang and a Willy) that they are working on right now.
