Rani and Samantha first caught each other’s eye at the grocery store. Not only were they at the store, but were in an aisle that is near and dear to their hearts: the gluten free section. They both share a gluten intolerance. For this couple the saying “the way to the heart is through the stomach” rang very true. Besides bonding over their eating, Rani is an avid skydiver and was able to convince Samantha to try it out. After her first flight, she was hooked! Sharing unique passions led these two down the alter married at Alderbrook Resort on a beautifully hot day! They enjoyed an intimate wedding with family and close friends. They shared their lifestyle with their guests by foregoing the traditional wedding cake and having sticky rice pudding in it’s place. We loved the vintage decorations that was inspired by her and her mom’s own personal home decor. The tulle used at Samantha’s wedding had been used at her 2 sister’s wedding before hers. A highlight of the evening was Samantha’s brother-in-law’s toast. Throughout his 13 years of being married into the family, he has become known for his toasts. This would be his last wedding to toast, so naturally it had to be over the top. Somehow that meant showing off an awesome blue speedo while standing on a chair pretending to swim. It was a very funny, memorable moment! Rani and Samantha are already off an another adventure. They are spending their honeymoon at a skydiving camp in Montana!
